Initial Assessment (90 mins): Comprehensive review of labs, medical history, and supplements, along with an in-depth nutrition and lifestyle evaluation and personalized goal setting. Follow-up (Biweekly 30-minute) sessions for 3 months to monitor progress and provide continued guidance. Payment Options: Cash Monthly Plan: Includes an initial consultation, biweekly follow-ups, priority booking access, and unlimited text/email support.
